This page explains what data I collect through this site, why, how long I keep it, and what you can ask me to do with it.

Who processes the data
For anything to do with your data, write to contact@dduranovic.cc.
What the contact form collects
When you submit the contact form, it collects what you typed into it: your name, company name (optional), email address, type of work, budget range, timeline and the text of your message.
It also records your IP address, browser user agent and the time of submission. That is used only to block automated spam.
Why, and on what basis
The data is used only to answer your enquiry and, if we go ahead, to correspond about the work.
The basis is your consent, given by ticking the box above the send button. You can withdraw it at any time by writing to me.
Your data is not used for a newsletter, not profiled, and not used for advertising.
Where the data goes
The contents of the form are sent as an email to my address and stay in my mailbox.
A copy of the message is also written to a file on the server hosting this site, as a backup in case email delivery fails. That file is not reachable over the internet.
To limit how many messages one person can send, a cryptographic hash of your IP address is stored. The address itself cannot be reconstructed from it, and the record is deleted after an hour.
How long it is kept
Enquiries that do not lead to work are deleted no later than 12 months after the last message.
If we do work together, I keep the data for as long as the working relationship lasts and for as long as record-keeping rules require.
The backup enquiry files are deleted after 3 months.
Cookies
The site sets one cookie, site_lang, which remembers whether you chose Bosnian or English. It lasts a year and contains nothing that identifies you.
There are no analytics, tracking or advertising cookies, which is why there is no consent pop-up.
Third-party services
Fonts are loaded from Google’s servers (fonts.googleapis.com and fonts.gstatic.com). Because of that, your browser sends your IP address to Google when the page loads, and Google processes it under its own terms.
Traffic to this site passes through the Cloudflare network, which acts as an intermediary and protects against abuse. In doing so Cloudflare sees your IP address and basic request details, and processes them under its own terms.
Apart from that, the site uses no analytics, social widgets or other external services.
Your rights
Under the Law on Protection of Personal Data of Bosnia and Herzegovina you can ask to see the data I hold about you, to have it corrected or deleted, to restrict how it is processed, and to withdraw your consent.
Write to contact@dduranovic.cc and I will reply within a reasonable time. If you think I am handling your data improperly, you can contact the Personal Data Protection Agency of Bosnia and Herzegovina.
Changes to this page
If how I handle data changes, I will update this text and the date at the top of the page.
